Summary
I am proficient in graphic and web design. I have broad based knowledge of common design principles and production techniques as well as the ability to create or manipulate supporting graphics or media, both for print and web deliverables. Having a print background, I have experience creating print publications with no errors and on-time. The sites I design are well-formed and valid according to current W3C standards.
Programming Experience
The sites in my portfolio are well-formed and well-documented using HTML, XHTML, CSS and Javascript. My experience with JavaScript, XML and ASP.NET/Visual Basic is evolving.
Design Competence
My choices in color and type are effective. My designs are appealing, clean and professional. I am competent in methods of illustration, image editing and graphic selection.
I am very proficient at translating visual designs to HTML and CSS documents and producing high-quality assets including web site mockups. In addition, I am experienced in interfacing with printing vendors for the purpose of creating marketing materials.
Software Competence
Knowledgeable and efficient with Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign, PageMaker and MS PowerPoint with moderate experience using Expression Web, Adobe Firework, Flash and ASP.NET 3.5

I am proficient with Windows and Mac OS, ink and laser printers, DVD drives, flash drives, color flat bed and film scanners, digital and analog still cameras, and pen-based graphic tablets.
